Who we serve
APOL provides safe, stable, and supportive housing for people facing homelessness or housing instability, including:
- Veterans
- Seniors and adults needing affordable shared or private-room housing
- People leaving hospitals, nursing homes, rehabilitation, shelters, or reentry
- Individuals managing mental health or substance-use recovery
- Families and youth needing referrals, resources, and support
Tiffany’s Mission – Chadbourne House
Our supportive shared-living program offers a clean, respectful, and structured home for Veterans, seniors, and adults working toward stability. Residents live in a safe environment and are connected to the community services and resources that help them rebuild.
How we work
Homelessness can’t be solved by one organization alone. APOL works within a network of trusted housing providers, so when someone needs help we can act quickly, placing them in our home when it’s a good fit or connecting them to another provider who can. We partner with local government, agencies, hospitals, Veterans’ services, churches, and community leaders to expand access to stable housing.
We welcome partnerships around:
- Referral pathways
- Community housing initiatives
- Veteran and homeless service coordination
- Funding and grant opportunities
- Community meetings and task forces
Our commitment
APOL serves with compassion, accountability, dignity, and respect. We believe every person deserves a safe place to call home, and the support to rebuild their life.
